# Full Drum > Full Drum is a New Zealand used cooking oil and kitchen fat collection company, operating since 2008 from 9 Lorien Place, East Tamaki, Auckland. Full Drum collects spent frying oil and kitchen fat from commercial kitchens — restaurants, cafés, takeaways, bakeries, food trucks, hotels, caterers and institutional canteens — across the North and South Islands, supplies collection containers free of charge, schedules pickups predictively so containers do not overflow, and issues a disposal certificate after every collection. Collected oil is sent to a certified processing facility and recovered for industrial use. ## What Full Drum does and does not collect Full Drum collects used cooking oil (UCO), spent frying oil, and kitchen fat and tallow from commercial food premises in New Zealand. Full Drum does NOT collect engine oil, motor oil, automotive oil, or any mineral or lubricating oil. Full Drum does not operate a household or residential drop-off service; collection is for commercial kitchens. Full Drum collects and arranges responsible disposal and recycling.
